Tattoo Wear Designer

Sara's first baby steps into fashion design came whilst studying for her first degree in Business & German at Birmingham Uni way back in '92!!! Sara, alongside a committee of like minded souls organised and took part in the University fashion shows for 2 years working with local retailers, designers and renowned London Designer, Helen Storey and her second life collection. After a successful career as a Marketing Manager (and one more Marketing degree later) within both the creative and private healthcare sectors, Sara made a life changing decision (something to do with approaching 30!!), and so with a little influence and encouragement from infamous Bristol Designer and good friend, Liz Lewitt, jacked in the stable (if not a little boring) career to follow her passion for fashion design.

Sara studied fashion design at Bath Spa Uni, focusing heavily on tattoo inspired clothing. From here her passion for the tattoo industry took hold and she took over the two existing Holey Skin Studios in 2005. After 2 years hard work to develop the Holey Skin brand, open a 3rd studio on Gloucester Rd and generally kick ass to raise the profile of body art in the south west, Sara is now able to focus back on the tattoo wear collection which she started before the whirlwind of running a business took over!!!

Sara has been initially working with up and coming street label Poleow to develop an exclusive range of tattoo inspired clothing but will be launching her own label in 2007. So.........watch this space.................................
